13 Why didn't you say that to begin with? Going bakc into `make menuconfig` I
14 see that this is the one setting that wasn't preset. (I dismissed the
15 second half of the kernel instructions after finding that the settings had
16 already been made by default.) Wouldn't this setting affect the console
17 too? (i.e., this error only occurs in KDE.)
