[gentooppc-user] aspell-0.50.1.ebuild and aggresive optimization

I just added some less aggresive CXXFLAGS to aspell-0.50.1.ebuild
(based on an if [ ${ARCH} = "ppc" ]). Higher optimization makes aspell
segfault, at least for ppc. Anyone who might have had a problem with
aspell please try remerging.

Also, there may also be other ebuilds were the present (1.4) CFLAGS and
CXXFLAGS are also too aggresive. Though i can attest to the stability of
much of what we have in portage having built a number of boxes with both
1.4_beta and 1.4-r1 (or what will be 1.4-r1), please be on the look out.
This should only apply 1.4-{r1,_beta), 1.2 users can simply ignore.
