Does anyone have any experience using a USB microphone (my G4 doesn't |

have any builtin microphone, I guess that's the way with the new macs) |

or with using a microphone on a performa 6400? Are either of these |

kinds of sound inputs supported in Linux? If I need to go the |

USB in way, does it matter which microphone I use (they all follow |

the same standard?) or are certain ones compatible and certain ones not. |
