Subject: | [gentoo-ppc-user] "Floating point used in kernel" -> system hangs |
Date: | Tue, 11 Feb 2003 12:18:01 |

| I get some "Floating point used in kernel" messages from time to time, |
| afterwards the system is not responding quite well for a few minutes, |
| e.g. on the console you see no cursor blinking. You can type and |
| start commands, but the system seems to be thinking about tea or so. |
| |
| Does anybody knows this problem? I would suppose this is a kernel |
| problem, but I have no idea, what option could be responsible for |
| this. |
