Personally I concur that Comrel cases take too long. I've contacted them |
2 |
before and had a case go stale before I heard anything back about it. |
3 |
|
4 |
I believe it is indeed correct to call them "time sensitive" and idly I'm |
5 |
curious if there could be more division of labor. From what I understand |
6 |
current procedure is to require a group decision, and adding more members |
7 |
to comrel would ironically slow the process because it adds more to what |
8 |
must be done to evaluate consensus. In sort, comrel doesn't seem to be |
9 |
very "multi-threaded". |

|
11 |
Would it benefit comrel to allow cases to be handled immediately and |
12 |
unilaterally by any individual comrel member, subject to later review by |
13 |
the group as a whole if it is found warranted? Or are such cases best left |
14 |
to proctors? |
