1 Personally I concur that Comrel cases take too long. I've contacted them
2 before and had a case go stale before I heard anything back about it.

4 I believe it is indeed correct to call them "time sensitive" and idly I'm
5 curious if there could be more division of labor. From what I understand
6 current procedure is to require a group decision, and adding more members
7 to comrel would ironically slow the process because it adds more to what
8 must be done to evaluate consensus. In sort, comrel doesn't seem to be
9 very "multi-threaded".

11 Would it benefit comrel to allow cases to be handled immediately and
12 unilaterally by any individual comrel member, subject to later review by
13 the group as a whole if it is found warranted? Or are such cases best left
14 to proctors?
