I think that's very good evidence in support of what Peter is saying. |

Evidently many Russians are perfectly capable of writing good |

technical documentation in Russian, but don't know English well enough |

to translate English documents into Russian, which is exactly why he's |

saying the English-first top-down approach wouldn't be good for |

Russian. |
