The May meeting should be the penultimate meeting of the present 
council. Individual council members should spend a few minutes each 
summing up their achievements over their term of office.  What went 
right, what went wrong, lessons learned, do they intend to stand for 
reelection during June etc?

There is nothing for the council to vote on here - the electorate will 
do that later.
