I'd like to suggest adding "openrc news item" to the agenda. We have a
lot of discussion, but in the end we need a decision.
A possible question is "what openrc news item should look like?" (I
think several versions or suggestions have been submitted), and "do we
want to add extraordinary safeguards for people who don't read news items?".
