For the first time now it's my pleasure to announce a new Gentoo
developer: Joining us from Patras, Greece is Markos "hwoarang" Chandras.
He will initially be working on the Qt ebuilds and maintain some KDE
packages. Markos is studying electrical and computer engineering at
university. He also develops some applications using Real Time Linux and
Real Time Networking, but he will be forced to drop those soon so he can
concentrate on Gentoo. He also likes playing the guitar and doing sports
(swimming, water polo and soccer).

Some of you already gave him a warm welcome on IRC yesterday. Those of
you who missed that, may do it now. :)
