Yes this makes sense. This fits better to userrel project[1] than the
devrel one. I am not sure of the actual status for this project though.
Besides that, is there a way to retrieve the current list of
gentoo/{contributor,user} cloaks somehow? We can use a table in userrel
project page like this one
