Please don't assume things. I'm working with someone interested in
joining the team right now.
We're about to schedule a meeting to address the lead thing.

You dind't ask for 'plans to solve the main problems'. You asked if you
could help, and that question was answered.

The masterplan(tm) to resolve our issues is a set of new processes and
more efficient tools which we are creating, slowly but steadily.

All this council summoning gives me the feeling you're working against
us, not with us. So, next time you're having anyone discuss our status,
maybe invite us to the party before you upset the apple cart again.
