Reply-to seems to be fine.

Any details about who/how moderates it? I thought it would be just
dev-only unmoderated (or am I too optimistic that devs can policy
themselves at least for announces, if not for OT and flames on -dev) and
that reply-to mangling should eliminate accidental posts.
