Agreed. I'd almost never put a candidate without a manifesto above |

reopen-nominations, but I don't see the need for a rule here - |

especially since we do have the reopen system. |

To avoid short replies to 5 different emails, regarding the issue of |

actions speak louder than words, I wholeheartedly agree. However, I |

still find manifestos useful, because they show that a candidate |

actually has given some thought to the role and what they plan to do. |

Not finding the time to write anything at all to me speaks about the |

level of interest or time available to dedicate to the role. |
