8 I think it's a good idea to prompt the user where to start looking, but I don't
9 think IRC is the first place -- it's fairly inaccessible for most. Mentioning
10 the forums, I'd think, would be more ideal. Chances are the user has browsed
11 internet before (possibly even forums) and already have a browser installed.
12 Most of the time they aren't the only ones with the problem and searching on
13 the error will produce results.

15 However, this may result in more duplicated threads. Not sure what "problems"
16 this may have regarding moderation and performance.
