The following procmail recipe will filter out dupe mails:
:0 Wh: msgid.lock
| formail -D 8192 msgid.cache
See procmailex(5) for an alternate form that's a bit safer.
Reply-To munging is evil. Email clients need to grow up. Replying to a mail
with List-* headers should do the right thing.
