Having the kernel be more a part of the "stage3" would greatly cut down |

setup time. Then it could be updated to gentoo-sources at a more |

When setting up things like virtual machines it is usually a lot more |

cumbersome working in the initial install environment. Once you can |

reboot and ssh in more normally it is a lot easier to move forward. So, |

getting the install to a point where it can boot and have network as |

soon as possible should be a goal. |
