10 Is this that necessary? Why couldn't we merge this stuff into the
11 default 2004.0 profile? It would impact more users that way (and even
12 more if it was integrated into the 1.4 profile). With stackable profiles
13 on their way (the only blocker now is the bootstrap script which is
14 being worked on), does it make sense to create yet another profile?

16 I would just merge the changes globally into all of our profiles (where
17 applicable). I see no reason to add more bloat.
