Personally I think it's a little late to make these changes. If we have |

different release notes on the CD than on the website, it's bound to cause |
15 |
un-needed confusion, bugs and general panic (though not necessarily in |
16 |
that order). I do think the improvement is a good idea, but since |
17 |
everyone already has their release media up and propagating, (IMO) it |
18 |
should probably wait until 2004.3 |
