13 Personally I think it's a little late to make these changes. If we have
14 different release notes on the CD than on the website, it's bound to cause
15 un-needed confusion, bugs and general panic (though not necessarily in
16 that order). I do think the improvement is a good idea, but since
17 everyone already has their release media up and propagating, (IMO) it
18 should probably wait until 2004.3
