Folks can quote IRC logs all day long. The fact is that the 2004.2 PPC
"release" stuff that was uploaded to /experimental was, at 7.7GB, larger
than the entire sum of the rest of 2004.2 for all the other arches. It
grossly goes over the 2GB/arch limit and, as such, needs to be trimmed
down.

If PPC would like to identify which areas of the material can be trimmed,
please do so now. Otherwise, I will arbitrarily select things in an hour
or so.
