Release Engineering has nothing to do with what goes onto the Gentoo
infrastructure. We simply build the releases and pass them off to our
infrastructure team. Currently, the person that stages the mirrors is
not the same person who sets up the bouncer, or submits items to the
store (which hasn't ever had 2005.1*).

I am trying to make it so we can submit items to the store directly, and
possibly change the procedure for the bouncer so it is also done when
the mirrors are staged and the release is made live.

The bouncer is a relatively new thing and I think it just needs the
process streamlined a little to improve its usefulness.
