[gentoo-releng] bootstrap script in experimental stages

The experimental stage1 file uses a cascading profile by default; will the 
./bootstrap.sh file be identical to the ./bootstrap-cascade.sh one in the 
official release? I'm assuming that I need to run the -cascade.sh variant
for the time being..
