[gentoo-releng] ppc release

Hi,

The ppc release was available for download on my webserver, and I was 
in the process of scp'ing it over to dev.g.o, when suddenly my 
webserver died. Unfortunately the soonest I can get to it is tomorrow 
evening 8pm, (gf has the car until then).
It seems the bootable iso's and part of the g3 packages were scp'ed 
over to dev.g.o successfully. I have started uploading the release from 
home, but please note that this will take some time (which was the 
reason for me driving to the webserver today and uploading the release 
on the local lan for 2 hours at 10mbit/sec). I expect the remaining 
things to be copied to dev.g.o by the time I get to the webserver 
(about 1.8G at 196kbit/sec). Getting my webserver up and running again 
might take a while, worst case.

This release thing is getting a bit frustrating.
