A few notes: |

- CD does not include 2004.1 stages, snapshot, docs, nor distfiles |

- Main purpose is to check whether the included development kernels are |

stable enough for a release. |

- I have included support for JFS, REISER, EXT2, XFS supported by the |
| 14 |
kernel, xfs user land tools missing (bug opened) |
| 15 |
- Build against a snapshot made 20040404. |

The cd has been booted (no install performed) on G5 (dual 1.8 w. radeon |
| 18 |
9600) and G4 systems (tibook 400 and 550, ibookG4 all radeon). |

PPC will upload a preliminary build (with stages, grp, the whole |
| 21 |
shebang) by the 11th, as specified in the releng 2004.1 specifics. |
