For the most part, the only things that have changed are the "openness" of the 
release process (like the public meeting, the beta, and a few other things) and 
a few new packages will be added to the Live{CD,DVD}. Aside from that, the 
release should consist of the same stuff that 2007.0 did (updated versions, of 
course).
