3 (ideally) yes. it should be "ready to be released" by the 24th. meaning
4 it should be uploaded to one of the infra boxes by then, so we can
5 generate md5's and make sure directory structure is all how it should
6 be. so that we can start pushing it out with our new bit-flipping
