To make things easier, I am going to switch up the format of release |

notes. Instead of having each arch write release notes, which warranted |

a ton of duplicated information, I am going to compile a master release |
| 5 |
notes set and include arch specific settings. |

So, the only change is to send me whatever arch specific bits you would |
| 8 |
like in the notes by Friday. If you have nothing to add, please send me |
| 9 |
a note to that effect. |
