From what I have heard, most, if not all, of the arches are ready for |

2004.0 release on the 23rd. If you are, please have the mirrors |

populated for release no later than 1200 UTC Sunday morning (start |

uploading Saturday night). Once everything has propogated, I will |

formally announce the release. Let me know if there are any problems |

with this. |
