In my opinion, yes. This can be accomplished much less intrusively if |

we were to just set iface_ethX=dhcp in /etc/conf.d/net. That way, only |

devices which are actually found via hotplug will have DHCP run on |

them. I already do this on my GameCD's (as did you, on yours) and it |

seems to work fine, even on my multi-NIC machines. |
