26 I didn't get any clue from all of that. Have you also tried to install
27 sage-4.3.3 the traditional way? That is getting the sources from
28 sagemath.org and going "make install" on them.
29 At this stage it would be good to know if that works so we can figure
30 out if it is a sage bug or a sage-on-gentoo bug.
31 Note that you don't have to download sage-4.3.3.tar as it should
32 already be in your distfiles.
