The only difference testsuite seems to make is *remove* files :) It 
apparently has no effect on sage-baselayout as far as I can see from the 
ebuild. But in sage ebuild, it removes stuff:

		find sage ! \( -name "*.py" -o -name "*.pyx" -o -name "*.pxd" -o \
