10 on the second thought it shouldn't require any GLEP nor EAPI bump, since it
11 would be just portage internal feature used for gentoo-x86 development as
12 other package managers are only obligated to support portage tree distributed
13 by rsync method - besides they should already be capable of checking only
14 hashes specified in Manifest
