My personal opinion on it is that the ChangeLog isn't auto-generated |

because it's NOT the same as the commit messages. The commit messages |

are detailed technical info about a commit, while the ChangeLog is a |

short version. |

If we want to enforce the changelog being the shortlog output, that's |
