Ok, a quick hacked up script later:
Total lines in profiles/updates: 1452
Move lines where the two categories don't match: 997
Move lines where the two categories do match: 357
Slotmove/non-move lines: 98
Category moves make up the bulk of package moves, so it seems the "1
repo/category" idea really was ridiculous... 5;)
