<p>Thank you for your response... I was simply typing "prelude-manager" on the command line. I had tried some variations, including -D, --config, and a few others without success.</p>
<p></p>
<p>I was able to download and compile the prelude tools from prelude-ids.org to get going for now.</p>
<p></p>
