7	emerge-webrsync is on it's way out to be integrated with portage - already in
8	CVS actually - but the checking of a manifest can be integrated just as
9	easily providing the "standard" PORTAGE_GPG_DIR et al configuration is used.
10	Consider this "official" commitment. :)
