Is it possible to tell tc to perform per-flow traffic shaping? |

The reason is that some of our branch offices must access a Windows |

Terminal Server, and the traffic flows of these branches seem to be |

fighting among themselves. |

I want to limit each flow to a guaranteed minimum of 64 kbps, while |

capping the combined bandwidth to 2048 kbps (at 28 branches, there's |
| 9 |
still a margin of 256 kbps which the flows can squabble over among |

themselves). |

Is this possible with TC? If so, which TC modules must I compile/use? |
