| 3 | I have a production server which hosts /homes for clients, which are |
| 4 | I authenticated by nis. |
| 5 | for giving user's their homes the server needs to be nis client also, |
| 6 | for other purposes [like cupsd] also .. this machine is also |
| 7 | printserver. |
| 8 | in top often ypbind takes 99,6% and more of cpu usage .. any idea where |
| 9 | this comes from and/or how to fix it? |
| 10 | btw, switching to another authentication service and kicking nis is not |
| 11 | an option :/ |
