8 If you're referring to traffic shaping and QOS (quality of service)
9 control, there are a few HOWTOs. Here's one that uses the iproute2 tools
10 and some other things (iptables, namely) to get the job done. It should
11 work well. I have done similar things in the past, but it's been awhile.
