In the first place I would like to thank everybody for writing a reply |

When I wrote that all packages in Portage tree are not up to date, I |

made a literary mistake, because I was thinking in my language and |

wirting in English. I apologise for all the inconveniences! I wanted |

What I wanted to tell was that if I emerged PHP, I could only emerged |

From all your mails I realized that I do not need to install the |

newest version of packages if I want to keep my server secure. I |

noticed that it is just important to emerge the security/bug fixes. Am I |

I have just decided that I will reinstall my server and install Gentoo |

on it, but first I will read and study the following articles and some |
