19 I can appreciate your frustation. At this point, maybe you should try
20 bringing it to the attention of the QA team (qa@g.o)? Resolving
21 this situation would presumably be in line with their first stated
22 goal, which is to "keep the tree in a state which benefits all of our
23 users and developers alike".

25 Another tactic would be to befriend a developer who has a vested
26 interest in the continued fitness of the package (i.e. is known to be
27 a user) and to ask for their assistance in moving things forwards.
28 Some developers are rather more receptive to contributions from users
29 than others, and you may chance upon one.
