Hello Andrew and Marco,

Backups are made by a program called "Smartsync Pro". I don't really know
how this works, but the network administrator told me that it
automatically synchronizes the data of every PC with the data on the
server... Hope someone can help me, or can I still use the tools you
recomended me?
