I've got a Gentoo Mysql server running nicely on a Dell 2850 which is |

fairly recent. Had no problems recognizing the Raid card, ether, etc. |

with the live disk and all the devices are supported in 2.6. That box is |
| 23 |
still using the 32bit chips so I can't help you there. |
