[gentoo-soc] Auto dependency builder progress report. Week 6.

What has been done this week:
- ctrl-c handling
- more reliable logic with ld_preload approach
- command line arguments has been reworked
- format of output fully changed
- user now can choose packages to block
- fixed bugs with usersandbox enabled
