[gentoo-soc] PMS test suite, weekly report #3

Hello, all.

Short summary: PMS Test Suite is a suite of tools and a test library
to test any of the Gentoo Package Managers for compliance against
the Package Manager Specification.

The project is running on schedule.

This week brought:
- basic classes for test libraries, test cases, repositories, Package
  Managers,
- some testing code and a testing test library,
- beginning of the standard test library, with the phase function order
  test,
- a working ebuild generator script with Manifest regenerating ability
  (using Package Manager interfaces),
- beginning of test runner code, with an ability to call the PM,
- minimal real-use DBus code.

Next week should bring:
- advancements in test runner,
- unmerging already-merged test ebuilds before starting,
- checking whether ebuilds merged successfully,
- test runner's main loop, based on Glib,
- a working DBus interfaces.
