3	Since the GSoC webapp was updated to a new codebase, we don't yet have
4	any way to receive email notifications of changes to proposals. Once you
5	apply, please make sure to check your proposals for updates on a regular
6	basis (at least once per day, ideally as often as you check your email).

8	We've already begun receiving applications, so I recommend you submit
9	yours as soon as you can! That way you'll benefit from maximal feedback
10	and have the most opportunities to update your proposal in response.
