Actually full proposals are not meant to be sent to this mailing list. |

That's what the GSoC web application is for after all. We would like |

people to email this list with new ideas so that they don't waste time |
| 11 |
writing a full application for something that's never going to get |
| 12 |
accepted. If you want someone to review your application before |
| 13 |
submitting it to the web application then you can talk to a potential |
| 14 |
mentor of your idea. |
