Hello,

This week I had been further testing the code written so far:
1. Upon discussion with WilliamH at #openrc I discovered and patched a few
bugs
2. Wrote the implementation of marking services and querying service
interface status
3. Patched the compatibility functions to enable netifrc to work with
multiple instantiated units
4. I also started testing the codebase on Archlinux but didn't make
report-able progress till now.

Next week onwards I'll first focus on writing the test suite. Since it is
difficult to write a full fledged test suite for netifrc, the plan is to
write a test suite which checks and matches the output on a openrc and
systemd system to make sure that the systemd functions changes did not
introduce any errors.
