[gentoo-soc] Introducing myself

Hi,

I am Lokesh Mohanty, a sophomore at Indian Institute of Technology,
Kharagpur, India.

Though I am new to Gentoo, I love Gentoo and hence I am interested in
contributing to the code base of Gentoo. I want to spend my summer time
developing the organization's code base by participating in GSOC 2017. I am
comfortable with python, c and shell. I also have some experience with Git.

I want to start off by fixing some easy bugs. It would be great if someone
would guide me through this.
