My project task is creating new version of packages.gentoo.org site. |

In the past week I had been working on portage tree scan and gathering |

information utility. Working on this task I tried do this effective so I |

also spend more time to profiling and optimizing performance. For this I |

have been used such new functions in django like bulk_create that allows |

create many objects in one query. Now scan portage tree with metadata, |

herds and some data normalization operations takes 454 seconds on my |
| 15 |
system(this is with saving to mysql). I connected models to databrowse |

did some changes in models and create managers for some of them. |

I also created layer for gathering info from herds.xml, use.desc and |
