- fixed the progressbar when running with --progress |

- fixed the CSS stylesheet, using the twitter bootstrap grid layout |

- using incremental xml parsing when running eix --xml with the whole tree |

- fixed broken tasks |

- added a --mirror option to return mirror:// urls |
